buying it opens a ticket. staff take the payment there, then the role is yours.
faq
the things people ask before their first order.
what do you need from me?
platform, where the build is now, what you want and how fast. login details only ever go into your claimed ticket, never into a dm and never into the order form.
when do i pay?
after the quote and only if you agree to it. if the price is wrong for you, say so in the ticket and walk away — no charge.
how long does an order take?
it depends on the build and the queue. your quote says how long it should take, and progress is posted in the same channel.
is there a discount?
vip costs $40 once and takes 25% off every service after that. the listed price is what everyone else pays.
who am i actually talking to?
grinders, not a bot — a person claims your ticket, quotes it and does the work. the bot only keeps the channel, quote and transcript tidy.
where do payments happen?
apple pay and paypal, inside your ticket, after you agree the quote. the current list is on the payments page.
